The brush arrived just like in the photo, I didn't communicate with the seller. It's useless to use because it doesn't remove anything from my cat. My hairbrush was more useful. It's not suitable for cats with medium fur, unless it's for skin massage. I recommend the seller, the product is as desired.

The item arrived very quickly, which was great. Unfortunately, unlike in the promotional video, it doesn’t remove any loose hair from my cat. The teeth on the comb are spaced too far apart, so it doesn’t catch even a single hair. I can’t recommend it—maybe it works for dogs or larger animals, but it was completely ineffective on my medium-sized cat.
