2.Product Orders & Payments
All product orders are subject to availability.           We reserve the right to cancel or modify orders due to stock shortages, pricing errors, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3.Shipping & Returns

Returns & Refunds: If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us at yinxiufeng1018@outlook.com within 7 days of delivery to request a return.           Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund (excluding shipping costs).           We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these criteria.           Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the returned item.

We make no warranties regarding the specific health benefits of our products;           all claims are based on natural properties of prickly pear and black tea.
